Volunteers at the MetroWest Free Medical Program offer services to meet the pressing health care needs of those without insurance or access to other care. We offer the following services to help meet the acute and chronic health care needs of our patients.
 
 
Medical Services

The Sudbury location offers walk-in general and acute medical care, orthopedics, and treatment for hypertension and diabetes. In addition, the Free Medical Program offers monthly specialty clinics in: Dermatology, Diabetes Management, and Psychiatry.

Physical exams and all necessary tests are free of charge. When needed, prescription medications may be low cost or free.

Women's Health Services

Our Framingham location offers women’s health care, including gynecological exams, pap smears, STD diagnosis and treatment, and family planning.

Vision Care Services

Free eye examinations and low-cost prescription glasses are available at our Framingham location.

Patients at both of our locations can receive free mental health screening and referrals to short term intervention and counseling.

Volunteers at both locations offer referrals for health insurance and other resources for individuals and families in need.
