The MetroWest Free Medical Program connects dedicated volunteers with meaningful opportunities to care for our neighbors in metrowest. We have openings for the following volunteer activities on-site during our Tuesday evening program in Sudbury or Thursday evening/Friday afternoon program in Framignham:

Clinical Volunteers
  • Physicians, including general medical, women's health, or specialists
  • Nurse practitioners
  • Nurses
  • Social workers
  • Dietitians
  • Physical therapists

General volunteers

No healthcare experience necessary
  • Registration
  • Greeters
  • Discharge desk
  • Interpreters – Portuguese and Spanish
  • Set-up and take-down (Tuesday nights only)
 
Can't come on a Tuesday or Thursday evening but want to volunteer your time? Donate your enthusiasm or professional skills to the MetroWest Free Medical Program. Opportunities include:
  • Marketing and community outreach
  • Website support
  • Tax preparation assistance
  • Host a fundraiser in your home
